Doreen Dalitso Kayoyo (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Doreen Dalitso Kayoyo is the Founder, Managing Director and Senior Consultant of Developed Information System for Community Communications LTD trading as DISCOM Communication. She has over 10 years of experience in International and Local Consultancy services in the fields of Communications, Business and International Education. She did her studies at Malawi College of Accountancy and is currently completing her Masters Degree in Business Administration with a Major in International Business at Dr Patil University. She is an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner and Holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations and Personnel Administration (ABMA UK) that was attained in 2003. She holds Part II ACCA Qualification which is a Level 7 qualification in the UK and an Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Malawi, which was attained in the year 2007. Doreen also completed a three-year training in Divinity with Kairos Leadership Institute of Theological Seminary. Doreen is a Certified International Education Advisor and Councilor and was certified by the ICEF Board which is also a Member of the Accreditation Services for International Schools and Colleges (ASIC). Apart from this, Doreen also has an accredited MEMOSA assessment Partnership Agreement under DISCOM Communications that has allowed the Company to provide education assessment Exams. Additional certification includes PSI Secure English language Test (SELT) and Global Proctoring System (GPS) exam administrator and provider which comes along with accreditation for GDS Systems Operation. Currently engaging in international Education and Work Diplomacy.
Lydia Mkandawire
Lydia Mkandawire (DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMES)
Lydia Mkandawire is an accomplished development leader with over 8 years of experience in strategic planning, research, program management, financial management and organizational systems strengthening. Lydia is a double major, holding a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Applied Accounting, Auditing and Information Systems. She has served as the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Manager at the Centre for Human Rights and Rehabilitation and currently the Director of Programmes at League of Transformation Foundation. Lydia has provided strategic leadership in governance, operations, and resource mobilization, driving institutional effectiveness and accountability. She has led research and advocacy initiatives on land and resettlement, meaningful and inclusive youth participation, gender transformative approaches, and sexual and reproductive health and rights, influencing national policy and law reforms. With strong expertise in project management, data analysis, and results-based systems, Lydia has enhanced performance management frameworks and donor reporting processes across various programs. She is also an expert in developing strategic partnerships across civil society, government, and international organizations to advance inclusive development. Passionate about transformative leadership, gender transformation and social justice, Lydia is committed to building resilient institutions and empowering women, youth and other marginalized groups to drive sustainable change.
Chris Munthali

A visionary, enthusiastic, results-oriented and hands-on team leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of Financial accounting of the non-profit sector, with over 10 years of experience; a strong commitment to problem solving who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments, committed to values of integrity, diversity and professionalism; and a strong passion to help manage the organization’s growth and maintain its strong reputation at community, national and international levels. He is a holder of Professional Accounting (ACCA) and Bachelor of Applied Accounting and Auditing from the Malawi College of Accountancy. He has served in a number of NGOs including as Finance and Administration Manager at the Centre for Human Rights and Rehabilitation (CHRR), a pioneer human rights and governance organization in Malawi.
